Measured from meeting language, not from a survey.

Corporate culture is how your company makes decisions. Start managing it.

We help companies define their target culture and carry it into everyday decisions, people's behaviour and measurable results. Along the way, AI tracks how far reality is from the target, straight from the language of your meetings, not from a survey.

Problem

The company has changed. Its unwritten rules often haven't.

  • Leadership pushes for contradictory behaviour at the same time: flexibility and stability, teamwork and individual performance. People get confused, and decisions and work slow down.
  • Without a clear choice, every manager builds their own culture, not one built around the strategy. Every team ends up working differently.
  • A new owner, a merger or AI brings the next change before the previous one is settled. Every manager who leaves shuffles everything again.
Solution

Four steps to a corporate culture that supports performance.

The whole first cycle takes 1 to 3 months. We don't create yet another programme with extra projects: culture is assessed within the work the company is doing anyway.

01

Target culture

Weeks 1–2

In a one-day workshop, leadership agrees on how the company wants to be effective.

Output: A clear choice of where the culture is heading.

02

Pilot project

Week 2

You pick one project where the chosen culture is put to the test in practice right away.

03

Behaviour change

Weeks 3–8

Together we define the specific behaviour and decisions that follow from the chosen culture, and build them into the meetings, templates and decisions already running in the company.

04

Pilot and measurement

Weeks 9–12

An AI agent working over meeting transcripts tracks how far reality in the company drifts from the target. Every week you get an assessment and a recommendation for the next step.

Knowledge base

With every step, a database of context (minutes, behaviours, standards) grows, and leadership keeps using it for decision-making.

Schedule a free 30-minute call

You tell us how things really work in your company, not just on paper. Together we'll name what's holding you back and show you how we handle it at other companies.

Schedule a call

No commitment. No 60-slide presentation.

Have questions?

How is corporate culture related to AI?
AI reads the language of meetings and team calls and measures how far actual behaviour drifts from the target culture. No surveys: it works from the minutes and transcripts your company already produces. So we don't measure culture by opinion, but by a record of real communication.
What does "corporate culture as a system" mean?
There are four legitimate ways a company can be effective: a focus on the team, on innovation, on process, or on results. The real cause of internal friction is usually not a lack of resources or the wrong values, but the fact that no clear choice has been made between these ways and the company tries to pursue them all at once.
Do we have to change the values on the wall?
No. We don't work on the vision, the mission or framed values. We work on the specific decision-making and management behaviour that follows from the choice of culture.
How is corporate culture measured?
By combining hard data the company already has (turnover, hiring, compensation, operational signals) with the language of meeting transcripts. Not with a poll or a gut feeling.
Where is meeting data processed? Is it secure?
Everything runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Data never leaves the environment you already use for email and documents, and the same access rights apply. We set up meeting recording rules in line with GDPR, and participants are informed about it.
How long does it take?
The first cycle (target culture, pilot project, behaviour and rollout, measurement) takes 1 to 3 months.
Do you have an actual case study, not just a general framework?
